Have questions? Here’s some answers to some of the most common questions you may have.

What can we expect with hiring a cleaning company?

Why does the first time cleaning cost more?

The first cleaning usually takes us longer time for us to clean. We give a deeper clean the first time to helps us maintain the cleanliness of your home for subsequent cleanings.

WE DO NOT TAKE NEW PROPERTIES WITHOUT DOING A DEEP CLEAN FIRST.

What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

​

Please call us at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Our house cleaners are paid for each unit they clean, a cancellation without notice can directly affects the housekeeper’s income.  Cancellations without enough notice are subject to at $40 cancellation fee.

Do you send the same person every time my home is cleaned?


If you have a preference don't hesitate to ask we will try to, occasionally sometimes it does not work out. However, we try to provide the same consistent service to every customer, so you should feel like you are receiving the same quality service no matter who the housekeeper is.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies or do we?


We will provide the cleaning products when we come and clean. Helping you save money and not having to worry about having harsh chemicals in your home.

How do you get into my house if I’m not at home?


We will make arrangements with you on best ways to access to the house that best fits you. If we are unable to have access to your house for a scheduled cleaning, we charge a $40 fee to compensate the housekeeper for their loss of time and driving expenses. Our house cleaners are paid for each home they clean a cancellation without enough notice to reschedule another appointment directly affects the housekeeper’s income.

When can I pay for my  cleaning service?

​

Payments for  cleaning service is due at time of service. However, for commercial cleaning we will send invoice.

What is the minimum per hour?

​

3 hours is the minimum per cleaning for small apartment or office.

5 hours is the minimum per cleaning for regular/bigger homes or offices.

Do we do personal clothing?

​

Yes, however, this is not included in a regular cleaning. This would be considered extra.

​

Do we have a pet or Smoke removal fee?

​

In personal homes the pet fee/smoke fee is already included in quote provided. However, if your property is a rental there will be an additional fee for the pet or smoke removal.

Are we open Sundays or do we take emergency calls?

​

Yes, however, there will be a an extra fee of $10.00 more per hour or an additional fee if the cleaning is per contract.

​

​Emergency calls (48hrs) are  NOT for new customers

​

It is not easy to have a first time cleaning done in a last minute call because of unpredictable time it will take to clean leaving us without enough time with customers

that had already scheduled in advanced specially during high season. We would like to provide our best services for your property and if it is not maintained this is impossible in a tight last minute schedule.

Not happy with our cleaning?

 

You have 24 hours after the cleaning is done to let us know you are unsatisfied and we will come and redo cleaning when it is per contract.
